DESIGN UNDER GLASS 

 PICTORIAL DESIGN UNDER GLASS - FLORAL / PLANT LIFE.  This makes me think of the Swiss Alpine flowers whose name is evading me.  Pretty little button.  Brass rim, tin back; white metal shank is inset into the tin back.  Likely 1910s or '20s.  NBS size Small.
